Planning Applications
How to respond to a Planning Application
The Campaign to Protect Rural England and the National Association of Local Councils have produced a comprehensive booklet on how to respond to planning applications. You can read it here by clicking on Tell Me. Other helpful information for dealing with plannning applications can be found at www.planninghelp.org
Applications under Parish Council consideration
Please note that the Parish Council only comments and makes observations on proposals where it feels necessary. All planning decisions are made by Suffolk Coastal District Council Planning Department at Melton Hill, Woodbridge, telephone 01394 373789
Details of all Planning Applications may also be seen on the SCDC Website - click here
All proposals will be held by the Parish Clerk and may be seen by applying to the parish Clerk. There may be some delay if the documents are temporarily out with Councillors for inspection purposes. Proposals will usually be available at Council Meetings.
